3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are not included in product prices and will be calculated at checkout.
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of checkout.
DEFCON-USA is not responsible for delays, loss, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
We do not ship to third-party freight forwarders or forwarding services.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories or documentation.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
